Brandi Baily has served as the Sedgwick County Treasurer since taking office in 2021 after being elected in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Arkansas State University, a Master of Business Administration from Baker University, and has completed Wichita State University’s Mini Master of Public Administration program.

Dedicated to public service, Brandi was elected to the Park City Council in 2019 and is currently serving her second term. She also serves as Chairwoman of the Chisholm Creek Utility Authority Board, Vice President of the Kansas County Treasurers Association, and Vice Chair of the Association’s Legislative Committee. In recognition of her leadership and service, she was honored as the 2026 Kansas Outstanding Treasurer of the Year.

Family is at the heart of Brandi’s life. She is the proud mother of two daughters, Kadi and Lexi. Kadi is beginning a master’s program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Kansas State University, while Lexi is a senior in high school and an active member of her school’s soccer team.
