Conferences & Meetings NACCTFO meets twice a year in conjunction with NACo (National Association of Counties) for a Legislative Conference in late winter and an Annual Conference each summer. NACCTFO meetings/education sessions are normally held the Friday and Saturday before NACo begins. NACCTFO also announces a hotel where NACCTFO members usually stay. The Legislative Conference is held every year in late February or early March in Washington, D.C. This is an ideal time to meet with your members of Congress. The Annual Conference, with election of officers and education seminars, is held each July where the NACo Annual Conference is scheduled. During this conference, members and sponsors are afforded the opportunity to engage in social and networking activities during evening events. The NACo portion of the conference includes a large exhibit hall with vendors who provide services/products to government.
